What the contact form stores
When you submit the form, we store your name, email, organisation, country / timezone, selected service, requirements, contact consent and submission time in our server database. The form does not merely prepare a message in your email app.
To limit spam and repeated submissions, our server derives and stores a hash from the requesting IP address. The contact_submissions record does not contain the full IP address. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational and security logs. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential customer data.
Use and access
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss scope, record follow-up and prevent abuse. Our authorised team and service providers operating the website and database may process the data as needed for those purposes. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry records are saved for follow-up. No automatic time-based deletion period is currently configured. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@veratix.in. Necessary business or legal records and backups may remain longer than the primary record.
WhatsApp and other products
Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp. A message is sent only when you send it, and that service's privacy policy also applies. The product at app.veratix.in has its own terms and privacy information.
